At the Whitehall Area Rotary Club, our goal is simple—we want to bring passionate people together to make a tangible difference in our community and around the world.

When you join Rotary, you join a group of neighbors dedicated to giving back. Over the years, our members have proudly rolled up their sleeves to support the Whitehall area in several key ways:
- Empowering Local Youth: We proudly support the Whitehall High School Interact Club and provide scholarships for Interact student leaders and competitors in the annual Four-Way Speech Contest. We also actively participate in high school mock interviews, career days, and community fair nights.
- Equipping Students for Success: We distribute backpacks and essential school supplies to students in both the Whitehall-Coplay and Catasauqua School Districts, as well as to Fellowship Community employees who need a helping hand.
- Fighting Food Insecurity: We currently partner with Second Harvest to distribute Sunshine Boxes to senior citizens in need. In the past, we’ve also partnered with Snack-Pack Pals and provided grants to purchase freezers for the food pantry at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.
- Building Community Partnerships: We love teaming up with local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Sixth Street Shelter, and the Whitehall Historical Society to complete hands-on projects.
Whether we are serving meals locally or leveraging Rotary's global partnerships to make an impact worldwide, everything we do is rooted in our mission of Service Above Self.
